Gender-Specific Care at Our Women’s Center

JourneyPure Knoxville Women’s Center was the first facility in Tennessee to offer residential addiction treatment for pregnant women outside of a hospital setting. Our program is built to safely manage detox for expectant mothers, increasing the chances that their child will be born free from the effects of substance exposure.

Beyond prenatal care, the Women’s Center was designed specifically for women navigating addiction alongside the trauma and co-occurring mental health conditions that so often drive and sustain it. In a small, home-like environment, our clinical team delivers individualized treatment that addresses the whole person, not just the substance use.
