Yes. As patients progress through different levels of care (for example, stepping down from residential treatment at the Norris Campus to outpatient services at our Kingston Pike clinic), our team coordinates transportation between facilities. We also assist with transportation logistics for new admissions arriving at any of our three Knoxville locations. Visit our admissions page for more details on the intake process.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for 7–10 days, personal hygiene items, any prescribed medications in their original containers, a valid photo ID, and your insurance card. Our residential campuses provide bedding, towels, and meals. Avoid bringing valuables, large amounts of cash, or electronics beyond a basic phone (facility policies vary).
